The Uncertainty
I gaze into your eyes and I am as a cloud
Freely I drift into the serenity of your soul
Immersed in your essence I soar with great delight
Helplessly drawn into the
innermost part of
your being

I touch your hand and you hold the comfort of our love
Gently you absorb the tenderness of my caress
I am the reflection of that which you imagine
As a portrait – the colors you have chosen ... the object of your stroke
I kiss
your lips and I rush with overwhelming temptation
As the wings of a thousand butterflies take flight inside me
You are all that I desire, the whispers of my heart
As a poem -- the words I have dreamed -- the concept of my thoughts.
In silence I plea for more and you reveal it
I feel your flesh against mine and there is passion
Without pause I explore you, and you me
That which I yearn to give, you find, and you taste of my consent
I touch your desire with great longing. We are lost in another place
Two hearts in their seclusion now beat to the rhythm of one
We lie breathless. So entire was the surrender, we have been filled.
Where do you begin? Where is it that I end?
May I someday discover the uncertainty
